Customized Electric Bicycle Production Process

Thank you for your interest in our custom electric bicycle solutions. To ensure a smooth and transparent process from inquiry to delivery, please find our detailed step-by-step workflow below.

 

1. Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation

Upon receiving your inquiry, we will assign a dedicated project manager to confirm the specific custom product model and all your detailed requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Technical Parameters: Battery capacity (Ah/Wh), motor power (W), maximum speed (km/h), range, etc.
  • Aesthetic Specifications: Frame color (please provide Pantone/RAL color codes), logo design, and other branding elements.
  • Packaging: Custom outer box design and printing.

 

2. Quotation

We will provide a formal quotation based on the confirmed specifications and your Purchase Quantity.

If a specific quantity is not yet finalized, the quotation will be based on our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), which is typically 50-100 units for customized projects.

 

3. Payment Terms & Order Confirmation

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order and initiate production.
  • The 70% balance must be settled in full before the goods are shipped.

Upon receipt of the deposit and a signed Purchase Order (PO) or proforma invoice, the order is officially confirmed.

 

4. Production Lead Time & Certification

We will provide a clear production lead time, which includes approximately 30 days for arranging necessary export certifications for your target market.

Please confirm the lead time with your project manager in advance.

 

5. Production & Quality Control Updates

Once production begins, we will keep you informed of the progress.

We will provide photos and updates at key stages, such as when the product line is set up and during assembly, to ensure the quality and specifications meet your expectations.

 

6. Pre-Shipment Logistics Coordination

Approximately two weeks before the estimated completion date, we will contact you to confirm your nominated freight forwarder.

We will then proceed to book the shipping vessel/aircraft based on the confirmed logistics arrangement.

 

7. Final Payment & Shipment

Before the goods leave our factory, the remaining 70% balance must be paid.

Upon receipt of the full payment and once the shipment is dispatched, we will immediately notify you of the shipping details.

We will also provide you with photos of the packed goods and the shipping container for your records.
