The company's products (bicycles and electric bicycles) will be shipped after our professional masters pass the inspection. The biggest feature of this product is maintenance-free, except for battery and motor and controller. Others are basically bicycle universal parts. Our battery motor controller has a particularly long warranty, so customers don’t need to worry.

1 Frame warranty for 2 years

2 Battery, controller, motor warranty for 1 year (calculated from shipping date)

3 Standpipe, handlebar, seat tube, hub, rim, and middle axle warranty for 6 months

4 brake lever, throttle, sensor, charger warranty for 3 months

5 Light, pedals, crankset, chain, flywheel, brake, etc. are consumables

1 Warranty expired

2 Consumables are not warranted after one month

3 User's use, improper maintenance or collision, fall injury, overuse, chemical damage and other abnormal parts caused by riding

4 Commercial rental bike does not guarantee

5 Consumables due to damaged parts are not replaced in time, resulting in damage to related parts, no compensation.

6 Unauthorized disassembly, damage caused by replacement parts, etc.

7 Due to different batches at the time of shipment or improvements to parts, there will be changes without notice. The company guarantees that the quality of the changed parts will not be reduced. Only the same grade or higher grade accessories will be selected. The difference of accessories will not be the reason for quality return, please know.
